Each individual is permitted only one account on the j20pm platform. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.
To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must match the details on your government-issued identification documents.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account information with any third party and to notify j20pm immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
j20pm is required by law to verify the identity of all users. Withdrawals and certain platform features may be restricted until your identity has been successfully verified. The verification process typically takes 1-24 hours. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. j20pm will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures. We recommend using strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication where available, and accessing your account only through secure, private internet connections.
j20pm accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though delays may occur due to bank processing times or security checks.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your j20pm account are from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. j20pm strictly prohibits money laundering and reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and freeze accounts pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 2-6 hours during business hours (Monday-Saturday, 09:00-21:00 WIB). VIP Gold tier members receive priority processing with typical completion within 2 hours. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours.
j20pm reserves the right to request additional identification documents before processing withdrawals. We may also conduct security checks on withdrawal requests to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
j20pm does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
j20pm offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and validity periods.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must bet a bonus amount before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of issuance. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiration.
j20pm reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void bets, and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other users, betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other fraudulent behavior.
Only one bonus offer may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously or attempting to circumvent bonus restrictions will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account suspension.
Funds deposited specifically to claim a bonus may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited, and only your original deposit (minus any bets placed) will be returned.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation. j20pm will not cancel or modify bets except in cases of obvious technical errors or as required by applicable regulations.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game type and betting market. j20pm reserves the right to impose betting limits on individual accounts at our discretion, particularly for high-value players or in response to suspicious betting patterns.
All sports bets are settled according to the official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport. Bets on abandoned, postponed, or canceled events will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the specific sport rules available on our platform.
In-play or live betting odds change rapidly based on game events. You are responsible for verifying odds at the time of bet placement. j20pm reserves the right to reject or limit in-play bets at our discretion.
All casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games use certified random number generators (RNG) or authentic physical equipment to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game rules, RTP percentages, and paytables are available within each game.
Live dealer games are subject to additional rules regarding player conduct. Abusive behavior, collusion, or attempts to cheat will result in immediate disqualification from the game and potential account suspension.

In the event of a dispute regarding game results or bet settlements, j20pm's decision is final. We will investigate disputes fairly and may consult game providers, sports governing bodies, or third-party auditors as necessary. All disputes must be reported within 7 days of the relevant bet settlement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j20pm platform and will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action:
j20pm actively monitors for suspicious activity using advanced fraud detection systems. We reserve the right to investigate any account at any time and to share information with law enforcement authorities when appropriate.
j20pm strives to provide uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our control.
j20pm will not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or interrupted service. We recommend monitoring your bets and account activity regularly and contacting customer support immediately if you encounter any issues.
j20pm relies on third-party providers for payment processing, game content, sports data feeds, and other services. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by these third-party providers. While we partner only with reputable providers, we cannot guarantee their performance or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, j20pm's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
j20pm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, or loss of business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any consequences thereof. j20pm provides entertainment services and does not guarantee winnings or profits. You should never bet more than you can afford to lose.
j20pm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:
Upon termination, any pending bets will be voided, bonus funds will be forfeited, and your account balance will be returned to you (minus any amounts owed to j20pm) after deducting applicable processing fees and any pending investigations.
You have the right to self-exclude your account at any time as part of our Responsible Gaming policy. Self-exclusion periods can range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or receive promotional communications.
To initiate self-exclusion, contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We will process your request within 24 hours and provide confirmation once your account has been restricted.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account. Any unclaimed balances remaining in closed accounts for more than 180 days may be forfeited.
